Translucency textures are inverted when ported from HDRP into standard?
Unity version: 2019.4.6 +
Unity pipeline: HDRP
Unity SRP pipeline api version: 7.4.3 +
Operating System: Windows 10
Detail Report: Translucency textures are inverted when ported from HDRP into standard
Unity console warnings & errors:
None
Status: Closed
Translucency textures for HDRP and standard pipeline are different, if an artist made the textures special for HDRP and you try to port them back into standard pipeline the translucency texture may not be correctly inverted.
Solution:
DE and DEC shaders have a setting to allow you to invert the translucency texture if needed
